fr "I started in 2000 with the first four rooms with bathrooms. I was an optician at the time, then the B&B work absorbed me and I decided to devote myself only to that. Today we have 12 rooms! I am right from here, from the Po Delta: it is an area I love. I love the possibility of being able to do outdoor sports, the Delta's wildlife, its views. The bet, for me, has always been to create opportunities for sustainable tourism. Not only on the sea and for the sea, but also for the Park; this pushes me to always try to learn, to grow, to renew.
There are some little firsts of mine of which I am proud: I was among the first to qualify as an environmental guide here in Comacchio, and I conceived the nighttime 'full moon' tours by canoe, under the full moon; it is important to conceive and design on the territory precisely because the territory itself allows us to do so, and it should be enhanced and protected.
Clients of course give the greatest satisfaction: from a couple of clients who have become dear friends, and ambassadors-with whom I am just about to go to lunch-to that time when, right after the qualification done in the Emilia Romagna Region-to become an environmental guide-I found myself having to accompany Dr. Ferrari in a canoe who was none other than the professor protagonist of the dvd that the Region provided me with to prepare me for the exam. It was like passing the exam a second time!"
