There's a flavor that tells the story of an entire region in Comacchio: that of eel.

For three weekends, the historic center comes alive with a festival that blends gastronomy, culture, and the identity of a land born between earth and lagoon. Michelin-starred dinners, local wines, cooking shows, markets, excursions: a web of experiences moving between the canals of the Trepponti and the Manifattura dei Marinati, where the historic Sala Fuochi still preserves the ancient ritual of cooking wild eel.

On Friday, September 25, a special appointment with Michelin-starred chef Igles Corelli, who signs an exclusive Starred Dinner inspired by local flavors, paired with a wine selection curated by sommelier Annalisa Barison. Booking required, limited seats.

A rich calendar of experiential and cultural events accompanies the festival, offering guided tours, lagoon itineraries, tastings, and appointments designed to experience Comacchio in full.
