The Po Delta becomes an arena of challenge: swimming, cycling and running blend into a single athletic gesture, between the beach and the waters of Lido delle Nazioni. The Irondelta Sprint Rank brings race-day tension to the heart of the Comacchio coast, for athletes and enthusiasts wanting to experience triathlon in a one-of-a-kind setting.

The course

Swim: 750 m triangle course
Bike: 19.5 km, flat circuit closed to traffic
Run: 2.5 km x 2 laps

Event schedule

Race number collection: Friday 18/09 (4.30 pm–7.30 pm) and Saturday 19/09 (8.00 am–10.45 am) at Hotel Quadrifoglio
Transition area open: 9.30–10.45 am
Race start: 11.00 am
Pasta Party: from 2.00 pm at "Just" beach club
Awards ceremony: 3.00 pm

If sea conditions are unsuitable, the race will become a Duathlon Sprint (5-19.5-2.5 km).

Fees from €50 (discounted rate until 05/07/2026) — reduced rates for youth categories and clubs.
