An evening dedicated to Carlo Rambaldi, a visionary artist whose creativity bridged painting and cinema, hosted in the evocative setting of the Remo Brindisi House Museum in Lido di Spina.
The conference “Carlo Rambaldi before E.T. A Painter in the Po Delta”, by Lucio Scardino, invites visitors to discover the connection between the renowned special effects master and the Po Delta area through a journey of art, memory and imagination.
A three-time Academy Award winner for special effects, Rambaldi left an indelible mark on international cinema by creating some of its most iconic characters, including the legendary E.T.
The event also explores his lesser-known artistic journey as a painter, a fundamental aspect of his creative research and vision.
A cultural appointment offering the opportunity to discover one of the most original figures of the 20th century and explore the connection between landscape, art and imagination.
The event is organised in collaboration with the Municipality of Vigarano Mainarda.
