On March 13, 2026, Comacchio becomes the beating heart of the dialogue onwomen's empowerment with the event "Schemi a Parte." An unmissable event that combines the rigor of professional confrontation with the communicative power of theater to tell about an economy that changes, breaks down prejudices and networks.
The initiative is part of the project "Di pari passo... insieme contro le discriminazioni di genere," co-financed by the Emilia-Romagna Region, confirming the territory's commitment to promoting a fair and inclusive work culture.

The narrative moves to the stage with an original play curated by CNA Impresa Donna Ferrara and directed by Marianna Valentino and in collaboration with Teatro perFormazione.
At the end of the show, participants are invited to a convivial buffet. An informal moment dedicated to the creation of new synergies, where the dialogue initiated during the day can turn into new opportunities for professional collaboration.
