On January 5 and 6, Comacchio hosts its traditional celebration dedicated to the Befana: two lively and festive days designed to bid farewell to the Christmas season in a joyful and welcoming atmosphere.
On January 5, the town comes alive with “La Tamplà”, the traditional parade of the Befanas: a colorful procession through the historic center with costumed participants and the famous dialect motto “A Van la Vacie”, a true symbol of local identity.
On January 6, the celebration continues with a full day of entertainment dedicated to children: sweets and candies distributed throughout the town center, shows and activities designed to experience the magic of the Epiphany.
At 6:00 pm, the Befana will greet everyone from the monumental Trepponti Bridge, accompanied by a spectacular fireworks show that will illuminate Comacchio.
