Discover “The Renaissance and Beyond”, an exclusive dinner experience where historical tradition meets contemporary culinary creativity.

Chef Giacomo Devoto, awarded a Michelin star, presents a refined tasting menu inspired by the flavors of the Renaissance, reinterpreted with modern techniques and premium ingredients.

An immersive experience for lovers of fine dining and Italian culinary history.

Menu:
Stuffed cuttlefish "cappun magro" style
Risotto with seafood broth reduction
Rabbit stuffed with sausage and chestnuts
“Salviamisù”

Location: Manifattura dei Marinati – Corso Giuseppe Mazzini, 44022 Comacchio (FE)
Gates open at 7:30 pm – Dinner starts at 8:00 pm (approx. 2.30 hours)
Free parking - Guests under 18 are welcome if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

This event is part of the Renaissance Banquets series, a calendar of themed dinners and cultural experiences promoted within the framework of the Festina Lente project.

Funded by the Ministry of Tourism, this project is aimed at enhancing municipalities with strong tourism and cultural appeal, especially those hosting UNESCO World Heritage Sites or belonging to the UNESCO Creative Cities network.
