Description of the experience
The ancient "Manifattura dei Marinati" represents an important piece of the history of Comacchio, because it has restarted the whole old process of marinating the eel. Today it is an active factory for a few months throughout the year and a museum because it proposes a historical tour.
Our guides will show you the museum and at the end you can have a tasting of marinated fish and local wines "Vini delle Sabbie".
