When the sun begins to tint the sky with red and golden hues, we will set sail from Comacchio for an unforgettable experience in the lagoon, a unique environment rich in life and a guardian of ancient traditions. Our journey will take us to discover the traditional fishing structures, witnesses to a centuries-old bond between man and these waters, where we will uncover the secrets of a mysterious and fragile species, the eel. Accompanied by an environmental expert, we will venture into hidden and privileged corners, perfect for admiring flamingos and numerous other species of waterfowl that populate the lagoon. On our return journey, we will enjoy a toast with a glass of local wine, savouring the magic of twilight over the water.
