Description of the experience

A bike tour to discover the Comacchio Lagoons, accompanied by environmental experts. The journey begins at the Open Air Archaeological Park, where we will visit the reconstruction of a section of the ancient Etruscan settlement of Spina. Continuing our tour, we will discover the lavoriero, a traditional fishing weir where eel fishing is still practiced today. Finally, cycling along the embankment flanking the salt pans, the ideal habitat for a large colony of flamingos and other bird species, we will enjoy panoramic views of unique beauty.

Sunday and Holiday 10:15 am

Bicycle rental: €10 - The bike has to be returned by 4.00 pm at the ticket office of Stazione Foce.
Guided route: 10 km, it is possible to extend the experience to explore other routes independently, with detailed explanations provided by the guide.
