Valle Seganda: At the Old Lantern enjoying Vini delle Sabbie

A sunset excursion that combines nature, traditions, and taste in one of the most fascinating corners of the Po Delta. Departing from Lido di Volano, we will sail along the ancient mouth of the Po River, through dense reed beds and alongside the pine trees that stretch along the Scanno di Volano. We will cross the Sacca di Goro, among expanses of water, salt marshes, and the extraordinary wildlife of the Delta’s wetlands. Our route will take us to Valle Seganda and the historic Old Lantern (Lanterna Vecchia), an ancient landmark for fishermen and sailors. Surrounded by the golden colors of the lagoon, we will enjoy a tasting of the renowned Wines of the Sands, a winemaking excellence born from the sandy soils of the Po Delta, accompanied by local traditional products.
