Destra Po path
The Destra Po path is the longest cycle path in Italy that follows the Po River bank in the province of Ferrara. It stars at Stellata di Bondeno up to Gorino Ferrarese for 125.5 Km.
It is included in the "Eurovelo” project, a network of 12 pan-European cycle paths linking all countries of the continent and is the central part of the European path n. 8 which runs from Athens to Cadiz.
The official opening took place on September 9, 2001.

Overall length: 125.5 km
Difficulty: suitable for everyone
Height differences: flat,only exceptions are the ups and downs from the bank.
Traffic: mostly to the exclusive use of cyclists, with a few short sections to traffic.
