Porto Garibaldi

Once upon a time Porto Garibaldi was a fishermen village called “Magnavacca”. Its current name comes from Giuseppe Garibaldi: the famous condottiere landed there in 1849.

Today, besides being a welcoming lido for tourists with its beach, it still maintains one of the largest ports in Europe; thanks to its vessels and motor vessels you can try the offshore mackerels fishing and you can leave for a visit in the Po Delta.

In Portogaribaldi (now partially residential) you can taste the best local seafood dishes.
