How to get to Lido di Volano


Lido di Volano is the northernmost of the Lidi di Comacchio.

You can reach it in several ways:

By car. 

From Milan:
Take the motorway A1, exit at Bologna and then take the motorway A13 (direction Padua), exit at Ferrara Sud. Then take the highway Ferrara-Porto Garibaldi and exit at Comacchio or exit at the end, on the S.S. 309 which connects the Lidi di Comacchio.

From Turin:
Take the motorway A21, exit at Piacenza, then take the A1 and exit at Bologna, take the motorway A13 (direction Padua), exit at Ferrara Sud. Then take the highway Ferrara-Porto Garibaldi and exit at Comacchio or exit at the end, on the S.S. 309 which connects the Lidi di Comacchio.

From Padua:
Take the motorway A13 (direction Bologna), exit at Ferrara Sud. Then take the highway Ferrara-Porto Garibaldi and exit at Comacchio or at the end, on the S.S. 309 which connects the Lidi di Comacchio.

From Rome:
Take the E45 street, exit at Ravenna, and then the S.S. 309 (direction Venice) up to the Lidi di Comacchio.

The closet railway stations to Comacchio are:
Ferrara, Ostellato, Codigoro and Ravenna. These towns are connected to Comacchio through buses.
